Old image files are not removed when new ones are added (ie, when they've been replaced).

For example, replace an organisation's logo or map. Look down /var/www/akvo/db/org/## at org image files: originals, in all their sizes, are still there.

Per GvH, there is at the very least a cleanup command in thumbnail library.
