[MASTER] dictionaries need ll_cc.dic now as OOo no longer reads usr/share/myspell/infos/ooo/*

This is related to bug 346551. I will be checking ALL dictionaries and attaching packages with this issue to this bug report. Then will verify debian has bug reports relating to this issue as well and begin fixing them.
