Migrate communities with correct extra information

Each community has some extra information beyond that encoded in the lemonade create_content. Make sure the following is all correct after migration:

- Privacy

- Creation datetime

- Modification datetime

- "Last Update"

Out of Scope
=============

- Tags

- Migrating AT UUIDs to docids

This ticket is mostly done. I need to double check that r2037 does not break the current importer.

What is the difference between "Modification date" and "Last Update"? Seems to me that the "Last Update" is currently looking at the modification attribute.

I just talked to Tres about this. He thinks there is a package that
handles this. He's a subscriber on this LP issue, but you might want
to ping him directly for more info as you get closer to Thursday.

The 'extra' information will now be set on the community objects, the other objects will get modified and created for free
