Based on how the "What is the name of this computer?" question looks, you appear to have a space at the end of your username. Delete that and it'll work fine. We should probably silently ignore this, though.

I can't justify a post-release-candidate fix for this for Ubuntu 9.04 at this point, but I've committed a fix for the next release, Karmic.
