Hi pentium,

Sorry for the delayed response. Is this still an issue for you? I see the following in your DpkgTerminalLog file which seems to show you have some permissions issues which you might want to look into.

WARN: / is world writable!
WARN: / is group writable!
Setting up linux-image-2.6.27-11-generic (2.6.27-11.31) ...
Running depmod.
Failed to run depmod
dpkg: error processing linux-image-2.6.27-11-generic (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
