Bug Description
On Dapper:
Delete a file from your home folder. Open the trash. The trash is empty. The file you deleted does not show.
OTOH, if you enter ~/.Trash, you can see the file. If you right click it, the option "delete from trash" appears, and you can delete it.
The trashcan is clearly malfunctioning. It has been like this for one or two few days.
However, this only happens for files deleted in the root partition. If I delete a file on a another partition, say mounted to /win1, the file appears in the thrashcan. (and in /win1/.Trash-myname of course).

Thanks for your bug. Do you use the real trash from nautilus or the applet from the panel?
