Bluefish is not in 'main' and is not translatable by our team nor it's using Launchpad to handle its translations. This is an upstream issue.

The better thing to do is to contact the last Italian translator of Bluefish, from the menu bar choose 'Aiuto -> Informazioni' and then the tab 'Traduttori'.

If he is not responding, then get back to us and we will handle that.

Unfortunately it is not even a GNOME issue. Bluefish is not a native GNOME application and is not hosted on GNOME svn/git. You should really contact the last translator or the developers asking them who's the actual translator.

Forget my last comment, Bluefish is using GNOME bugzilla even if it's not hosted there.

Milo, dont' worry, I already knew that Bluefish is using GNOME bugzilla (in fact, as you will have just seen, I opened a gnome translation bug on bugzilla, and a remote bug watches to this issue in lauchpad, before your last comments).

The fact is that the translation of Bluefish is not under the "GNOME Translation Project" umbrella, Bluefish is only using that bugzilla for bug tracking, code and translations are hosted and managed somewhere else. The Italian GNOME translators team is not directly responsible for that translation.

Milo, honestly I don't know much about tranlsations (I think you are more expert than me in this as you are the italian tranlsator of many gnome apps). I only went to GNOME bugzilla and I saw, among the projects, bluefish too. So I don't know if bluefish isn't translated by italian gnome tranlsators but certainly gnome bugzilla is used by bluefish for bug tracking and for translations issues too.

Blufish developers sayd that seen as Bluefish 2.x was released we should test the issue on this version ("....bugs in the old 1.x
branch are unlikely to be fixed.....").

We'll wait for it packaged on Ubuntu.
