information about battery charge without battery

I use a laptop, when I remove the battery from the computer, and use it plugged, I'have informations about the percent of charge of my battery and the remaining time for complete charge.

return "bash: gnome-power-bugreport.sh : unknown command"

(I've upgraded from 8.10 to 9.04 bêta)
