Is it possible that you did install scipy on your own?

Setting up python-scipy (0.6.0-11) ...
pycentral: pycentral pkginstall: not overwriting local files
pycentral pkginstall: not overwriting local files
dpkg: error processing python-scipy (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Changed in python-scipy (Ubuntu):
status:	New → Incomplete
