FFE for a couple of UI tweaks

Hi

I'd like to push ubuntu-netbook-remix-default-settings, but it affects the UI of a couple of apps: evolution and cheese.

This is to have a nicer looking cheese and to fit better on smaller screens.

Please ack/nack the update.

Ack; the UI changes are straightforward and if the docs team documents UNR at all I think it's a relatively small piece of the documentation. Please notify them of the change regardless, just in case.
