Bug Description
Binary package hint: postfix
On purge/delete, postfix package leaves /var/lib/postfix behind. In this directory file master.lock is owned by postfix's UID. When removed, postfix leaves this file and directory. If some other system user is created after that and postfix is reinstalled then, postfix won't start (master.lock will be owned by that other system user).
Anyway, package should remove all its files on purge.
