Ktorrent crashes on setting max upload/download speed through system tray context menu

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ktorrent

When setting the max upload/download speed using systray context menu ktorrent crashes,

Steps:

1. Right click on ktorrent systray icon
2. Set max upload/ download speed

What happens:
Ktorrent saves the setting but creashes

What is expected:

ktorrent should set the speed limit but should not crash

Confirmed with Ubuntu 9.04 (Intel x86). ktorrent 3.2+dfsg.1-2ubuntu1 .

Confirming this bug on kubuntu jaunty i386 with current ktorrent package (3.2+dfsg.1-2ubuntu1). Changing max speeds through preferences does not cause similar behavior.
