Sound preferences are not stored

Using latest Jaunty alpha 6, I tried to disable login sound via Sound Preferences gui, but after closing the window and re-opening I can see my changes are lost and the sound is still played. The same happens for the other event sound preferences.

For future reference you might be interested to know that a lot of applications have bug reporting functionality built in to them.
