Bug Description
I can't figure out how to attach a picture in launchpad so please take a look at this URL:

The libnotify bubble should be placed *above* gnome-panel to keep this strange clipping from occurring. Hopefully this is not a "feature".
Other than this small bug, the new dialogs look better than any of the previous ones. Keep up the good work mvo :-)

This is a duplicate of bug 34547, which I reported in notification-daemon because it looked like a notification theme bug.
