Bug Description

"The Peterhouse problem"

Entering numbers or punctuation into the search box on the start page brings up a long list of groups without numbers or punctuation in the title. Ideally, it should just go to a Google search for the term.

Pretty sure I've found the problem, now to actually write & test a fix.

OK, I've tested it and it seems to work, but I've had to fairly shred my copy of pidge a bit to get it to even run, and bazaar disagrees with the proxy server, so I'm not going to push the branch onto launchpad. There's a patch file attached instead.

(We could really do with removing the Raven dependencies)
