Bug Description
Binary package hint: debian-installer
There is a possible races condition on the install.
Install an lvm install of kubuntu
Over write this with a guided - Use whole drive
Syslog and partman logs being attached and udevd-debug to come

This bug was fixed in the package partman-lvm - 65ubuntu2

partman-lvm (65ubuntu2) jaunty; urgency=low
* swapoff and umount may write to the device and thereby trigger udev
change events, so wait for udev to settle before calling lvremove
(LP: #341046).
