i can confirm this bug. I am using Hardy Heron and I am trying to pair my iPhone 2G runnning OS 3.0. I have a trendnet usb bluetooth adapter. I am using a PPA repo from elliot murphy for the updated bluez-utilz that has the pand enabled.

I have exactly the same problem when trying to connect to a Dell BT travel Mouse (Bluetooth). I too get the error message, "Couldn't display öbex://[00:07:61:xx:xx:xx]/ Error: Host Down"

How do I reset or fix this?

Thanks.
