Bug Description
Change status strings from "chat " to "free to chat"
This is the correct status name. Also it will avoid problems with the translations since "chat" won't be used with two meanings.

XMPP IM RFC actually only specifies:
‘chat -- The entity or resource is actively interested in chatting.’
So what human readable name for that status is not specified.
Also, Psi uses ‘Free for Chat’ in its user interface. Some clients use ‘Chatty’, IIRC.
