I'm not sure it is a duplicate...
People complain about not being able to logout/shutdown... I'm complaining about shuting down, when I'm asking to standby !

This is definitly no duplicate, the problem mentioned on the "duplicate bug" report, is not the same. I've installed the new version .37 from the driver, that solved the problems from the upstream bug, but there is no change on my problem.
I'm also wondering that it is a nvidia issue, and that the nvidia driver is launching the halt command when I click logout or change user from the menu...

Hi,
We were wondering if this was still an issue in the final version of Kubuntu 9.04, or with KDE 4.3?
Thanks in advance.
