Impossible to drag window over workspace switcher applet

Bug Description

When Synaptic is gray because of the dowloading updates list pop-up, it's impossible to drag and drop Synaptic from a desktop to another, with the workspaces switcher applet...

Up-to-date dapper on G4...

I have this as well (Dapper Beta2 LiveCD). I think this is the same one as the confirmed bug #36443
