it is impossible to bind a terminal to a shortcut in "Keyboard Shortcuts"

I launch "Keyboard Shortcuts" program and then bind a keyboard shortcut to "Run a terminal".

However when I press that shortcut, nothing happens. The terminal does not start.

gnome-desktop is the gnome-about dialog and a library, nothing to do with this bug
