speed dial not loading thumbnails

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Speed dial is not loading the thumbnails. Just did a clean install last night of Ubuntu 8.10. Copied the settings from the old drive that was working 8.10 and 3.0.7 just fine.

Moonlight is also not working.

Firefox add-on window says "restart firefox to complete your changes", but a restart does no good. Reboot no good either. Have not yet tried reinstalling firefox.

a speeddial bug. have you tried a more recent version of that extension?

I created a new profile and added my favorite add-ons. They now work. One
of them must have been buggy, but I have not attempted them one at a time
yet to figure out which.
