I have jaunty beta installed on a IBM T40 (Intel iw2100 wireless)

Kernel: 2.6.28-11-generic
all updates installed.

I can not connect to WPA hidden wireless network. After unhiding the network, connection works.

I have no chance of checking if this is related to the explicit router or network adapter.

I'm facing the same problem with an unsecured (only secured by mac addresses) access point. It can see a bunch of wireless access points and even the hidden unsecured access point. But it cannot connect to it. When the access point is broadcasted, the wireless card can correct

I'm hoping this bug is fixed quick

I suffer the same problem... even with not hidden access point.

and this mail:

This should be fixed in v2.6.30-rc4
