Implement Atom view of blog tool

Show the content in the blog tool according to policies mentioned at "Atom Feed Policies" at http://carlos.agendaless.com/dko/policies/common.html

Wire this up to the little icon that appears in the bottom of the show-blog view.

Chris, in addition to the 2 "email alert" things (one of which I wroteup the first step), this is the other subject for this week. It presumes you have around 3 days this week available, and that you can get the 2 alerts tasks done in 2 days. (I think this task is a day.)

FWIW, I have some unchecked-in stuff that is a starting point.

If schedule doesn't permit both alerts tasks and this, let me know and I'll triage this one.

Hmm, I see there is a registration in configure.xml (karl.content.views) for an IAtomFeed adapter. I assume I should plug in here, somewhere?
