Missing files

The version of libginac1.3c2 that is distributed with ubuntu breezer (universe) contains nothing but the /usr/share/doc files.

Does the sync for Dapper just work? Is it safe to drop all the Ubuntu changes?

Current Debian's version builds fine, and Ubuntu's changes mainly concerns FTBS (gcc4).

I don't see any raisons to keep current Dapper's package
