Can you run the following commands in a terminal window:
cancel -a
cupsctl LogLevel=debug
Then print the file again and as soon as the job disappears or goes into "Stopped" state, do
sudo cp /var/log/ cups/error_ log ~
sudo chmod 777 ~/error_log
and attach the ~/error_log file to this bug report.
