Bug Description
"People who get" numbers are not correctly calculated. I did a test calculation from project 14 (first) to project 58 (last) and the end result was 51303 (water) and 59803 (sanitation) vs. what is displayed 40128 (water) and 58042+300=58342 (sanitation). This is a difference of 11175 (water) and 1461 (sanitation).
I believe this to be related to the bug:296702, which removed the MDG terminology. But the mechanism for what is displayed in the "Akvo at a glance" portlet may still be using the MDG count mechanism we had in place, which would disqualify some installations from being counted.
