Bug Description

The terminology in the water and sanitation sector is quite strict. We are using the term "MDG count" on the project page and the project detail page, in a way which is probably not correct. We should remove this and say "200 people get sanitation" instead of "MDG count sanitation: 200".

Addition, bethw: This does not appear on every project's page; to see an example, check project 34.

This is a simple text change in the templates.

Removed the MDG references completely as all information about how much water and sanitation is provided is already included in the previous benchmark text then.
