Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase

When I open Dolphin I expect the window to be shown maximized but with the title bar visible right under the top panel, but the window fully covers the screen instead. It extends over the upper and the lower panels.
I cannot access the desktop. The title bar is out of the screen, so I cannot minimize, restore, resize the window by pulling the borders or even close it. The menu bar is visible. The only method to exit Dolphin is through the menu option File>Quit.

It is solved when I disable the Legacy Fullscreen Support in System=>Preferences=>CompizConfig_Settings=>Workarounds.

It seems that the bug is related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox-3.0/+bug/99740

I use Ubuntu Intrepid (so Gnome), with Dolphin version 4:4.1.4-0ubuntu1~intrepid2.
