Bug Description
Position of the car is currently determined by the tCarElt position matrix.
However, a 0.7 offset on Y axis is added for the car not to be inside the road.

This offset, instead of being hard-coded in Torcs, probably is available on the car's XML file (or maybe it's just half the size of the bounding box?)
Fix this!
