Bug Description
Binary package hint: totem
Information:
Ubuntu 8.10
Totem: 2.24.3-0ubuntu1
Hi,
when I trying to open an file (video or audio) with totem, totem crashes.
At the first time he asks for the codec (and loaded it), but after download I can't open any audio or video files (where a codec exists on the system).
When i open a file where he don't own the codec, totem don't crash.
[Sorry, for my worse english :-) ]
Here are Informations from the command line:
The program 'totem' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)'.
(Details: serial 47 error_code 11 request_code 140 minor_code 19)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
