lirc not detecting "Budget-CI dvb ir receiver saa7146"

they said here https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lirc/+bug/204960 I should open another bug reprt so here it is.

it seems hal is preventing lirc to acces to /dev/input/even5 of my ir reicever

I have this issue with a TechnoTrend C1500 DVB-C card
adding this to /usr/share/hal/fdi/preprobe/20thirdparty/lirc.vdi fixes it :
