New upstream release including buxfixes

Binary package hint: twitux

I'm upstream of twitux, and will be very nice to update the package before the feature freeze.

Current version is 0.69, and mostly, include bugfixes reported by the users. [1]

We ship a bz2 source file so i "re-packaged" it to tar.gz.

Also i fixed the control and rules file. (I dropped a not necessary dependence, and changed a configure option) (the details are in the debian/changelog file)
