Binary package hint: gnome-keyring
Since upgrading to Jaunty, gnome-keyring-
mdeslaur@mdlinux:~$ ssh mdeslaur@
Agent admitted failure to sign using the key.
Permission denied (publickey).
If I unset SSH_AUTH_SOCK, I can login fine using my rsa key.
gnome-keyring 2.25.90-0ubuntu2 (and 2.26.1-0ubuntu1 as well)

Downgrading to 2.25.4.1-0ubuntu1 solves this for me.
