Ethernet OK but no internet

version: 9.04 alpha 4
 The Ethernet is OK but I have no access to the INTERNET. I have access to my router settings (speedtouch 585i) and it shows that my connection is alright.

Is there a standard route to your router/gateway?
Does the following command restore your internet connection?

sudo route add default gw <routeripaddress>

Well , that disconnected the ethernet too. I have only one route.

Yes, go ahead and download the patch. I'll mark this bug as a duplicate for now too. If the patch works the you must have the same problem, but if it doesn't I'll unmark this bug.
