Bug Description
Just moved over to Jaunty and I've noticed that tool-tips appear to be a little squiffy. (See attachment)
When moving the mouse they work correctly but once you click on something (and leave the mouse stationary), the tool tip loads 10px from the top-most, left-most corner of my primary screen (I'm using Nvidia Twinview). The mis-placed tool tips only show up on the primary screen. The problem still happens if I do things to cause it on the secondary screen, but the tips are still on the primary.
I don't know where to file this bug so I'd appreciate people assigning this how they see fit, but it looks like the tool-tip-displayer isn't getting the mouse position correctly after the click (it thinks the mouse is at 0,0 so displays the tip at 10,10?)... Just a guess, but assign away.
