Declined for Jaunty by Sebastien Bacher

Bug Description

1. Boot the jaunty daily build CD image (I used the one from jan 25th).
2. Open the Examples folder on the desktop
3. Double-click the "fables_01_01_aesop.spx" file to play it in totem
4. Press the PAUSE/PLAY button several times

Expected:
Tooltips should appear close to the object they describe and thus the tooltip that says "Pause" should appear close to the Pause button.

Actual:
The tooltips saying "Pause" and "Play" appear in the top left corner of the screen (way outside of the totem application even).

While the repro steps shows how to trigger the bug in totem, note that this bug is actually in the tooltop library of GTK or whatever because I've seen the same thing happen with tooltips in open office for instance.

Pedro, can you repro this bug on jaunty? I don't think it's necessary to use the live CD. Just start totem and click the play/pause button several times.
