Editing a coupon fails on first try

When I go to a URL such as https://us.pycon.org/2009/register/default/update/coupon/115, editing the fields and pressing submit has no effect; the same form is returned. When I edit the fields on this second page and press submit, the record is then modified.

I will take a look.

Meanwhile make sure you ONLY edit fields amount and description.

The ticket can only be properly assigned by providing its name to a
registrant before he/she pays. Coupons are personal, cannot be applied
to cumulative payments.

I should have closed this more promptly; I know we looked at coupons, and we have not had problems now (don't recall what specifically we did for this one).
