python3.0-dbg and python-3-dbg don't include a python library with debug symbols for linking

Binary package hint: python3.0-dbg

package only comes with a python3-dbg binary, but not a library with debug symbols, so i can't link against python using debug... default python library comes with no symbols, if that helps.
