When running VirtualBox 2.10 and using dvd burner get dbus error

DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

After using the dvd drive in VirtualBox 2.10 hosting the XP SP3 OS, I get the above error. The HD light stays constant but the dvd drive won't read any discs. I've tried logging out, restarting dbus, but the only way to "reset" the drive is to reboot.

Thank you very much for the provided information. Marking this one as confirmed as there are enough information I think. Can't confirm this, though. Have no WinXP License or something to verify that behaviour.
