Don't recommend dwww (results in installing apache when installing nted)

Nted-doc recommends dwww which results in having apache2 installed when you want to install nted. Yelp is probably enough to read the documentation so dwww should be dropped as recommended package or it should recommend yelp or dwww.

I'm more inclined to see "Recommends: yelp | dwww", just to give users a choice. Anyway, this could be easily worked-around with --no-install-recommends parameter in apt-get.

Debian Maintainer decided simply to drop dwww from Recommends field.

We could do the same thing, then sync the packages for Jaunty+1.
