I apologize for such a delayed response to a bug you reported quite some time ago. Can you comment if this is still an issue? If so, was this from a wubi installation? It may be a duplicate of bug 252900. Could you also translate the error message below into English?

The bug is on an Acer laptop with Ubuntu 64bit installed. This updated does
not want to install. The translation is;
Error when handeling
var/cache/apt/archives/linux-image-2.6.27-7-generic_2.6.27-7.16_amd64.deb
(--unpack):
can not make a reservebackup of `./boot/vmlinuz-2.6.27-7-generic' for the
installation of the newer version : Edit not allowed
