Bug Description
Install the nss3-tools package.
$ signtool -L
signtool: function failed: Failure to load dynamic library.
libsoftokn3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Adding the following links works around the problems.
$ sudo ln -s /usr/lib/
$ sudo ln -s /usr/lib/
Debian has a patch, which is in bug report I'll link to.

Probably the right solution is for the libnss3-1d pkg to create a file in /etc/ld.so.conf.d containing /usr/lib/nss
