Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Hello,

I am using 8.10. My installed version of Firefox 3 is 3.0.0+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.10.1.

I logged into my Cisco Unity Express(CUE). I choose Configure|Phones|and then choose a phone. A Change Phone popup displays. I then choose a Phone Line Button. A Change Line popup displays. In this popup window a right-most scrollbar shows up. Another scroll bar is supposed to show up as well to the inside so that I can "double scroll". The second scroll bar doesn't show up to allow this to happen. I receive the following error message from the Firefox Error Console:
     window.attachEvent is not a function
     http://xxx.xx.x.x/Web/ITS/ipkeyswitch.do?Page=displayEphone
(The xxx.xx.x.x is an internal ip address for the device that I have edited out).

I am a new user to Ubuntu and am enjoying it very much. Thank you for you hard work on such a nice OS.
