I nearly finish packaging the new lilypond release 2.12.1, but Jaunty only
has 2.10.33

(see bug 312544)

Lilypond 2.12 contains many new features

and I really like jaunty to have the updated version.

How can I upload the updated version and request any necessary freeze
exceptions?
