Ubuntu does not install on 16GB flash drive, works on 1GB drive

Bug Description

Binary package hint: usb-creator

I can't install ubuntu 8.10 to my generic 16GB flash drive, but I CAN with my 1GB? Both have been formatted,FAT32, the difference between them is one is a 1GB and the other is 16GB. Stick 1GB in and creator works.Stick 16GB in and creator shows crash message? Thanks

However, according to this report, you are not using the most recent version of this package for your Ubuntu release. Please upgrade to the most recent version and let us know if you are still having this issue. Thanks in advance. This report was created over a year ago. Do you still have this issue with the latest version of usb-creator?
