Graphic issue with Volume Applet

Bug Description

On the top panel, because it is black, you can not see the blue curved bars which represent the level of volume of the Volume Applet.

See screenshot, to understand the bug. In the screenshot, the volume is at 100%.

I disagree. Ubuntu-eee decided upon the colour of the top bar. Navy blue volume bars does not look good with a Black bar. Ubuntu-eee needs to fix it.

You are of course free to change the theming on your copy as you please. When it comes to volume-applet not being written to handle the valid panel-colours in gnome, that's something for the developers of gnome to handle.
If the default colour is changed to something lighter, then maximus will start looking ugly.
