I can't play my amr and 3gp music and video

I have one error with amrnb and amrwb, my media player Totem and others can't play amr and 3gp (in this can't play only the sound) music and videos, this packages are installed in my computer

Oh, I'm sorry, I use Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex, my computer isn't the unique with this problem (my Desktops, my laptop, and the laptop of my friend) all with Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex

IIRC, it only works with mplayer/ffmpeg (but doesn't seem to work with all files, see Bug #180147). For intrepid, there is a special ffmpeg build with amr support available at https://launchpad.net/~medibuntu-maintainers/+archive if you want to try it.
