[needs-sponsoring] Upgrade to version 0.4.2 for jaunty

Upgrading to the version 0.4.2 in jaunty solves various problem of files reception people reported with intrepid.
The files are available in my ppa (=> https://edge.launchpad.net/~bmillemathias/+archive or in http://ppa.launchpad.net/bmillemathias/ubuntu/pool/main/o/obex-data-server/)

I hope I gave all needed files / information

I changed the version number to 0.4.2-0ubuntu1 again (removed the new changelog entry) and added a (LP: #305229) - other than that: good work.
