Bug Description

Binary package hint: wammu

When uninstalling Wammu using synaptic or apt-get, the two menu items it created during installation(bug#294113) are not removed. The wammu icon is removed and replaced by a default one.

sudo apt-get autoremove removes a few wammu-related packages, but the menu entries are still there, even after logout and reboot.

wammu:
  Installed: 0.27-1
  Candidate: 0.27-1
  Version table:
 *** 0.27-1 0
        500 http://se.archive.ubuntu.com intrepid/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10 up-to-date, running gnome.
